Audited Supplier The straight tube vibration-type density meter is to use a metal tube to vibrate, and the liquid vibrates freely at a certain frequency under the action of Coriolis force. This frequency is related to the density of the liquid in contact. Therefore, by analyzing the frequency, the density of the liquid can be measured, and temperature compensation can be made to eliminate temperature drift of the system. The concentration at 20ºC can be calculated based on the relationship between the density and concentration of the corresponding liquid. This device integrates density, concentration, and Baume degree, and multiple liquids can be selected. Since the metal straight pipe is adopted in the design, it is particularly suitable for measuring viscous liquids, and can greatly reduce the chance of pipeline blockage.

Transportation and storage
1. Suitable for the requirements of land and water transportation and cargo loading;
2. The products and accessories shall be stored indoors under the original packaging conditions, with the ambient temperature within -10~+55 ºC and the relative humidity not more than 85%.
Online concentrations meter are often installed on the spot of the bad working conditions. In order to ensure the instruments can work normally, it should be installed at the place without shock and vibration. And to ensure that the pipe shoud be full of liquid and reduce the bubbles as few as possible. Pay attention to the following items when installing:
1) Instrument must be installed on the position suitable for operation. Any wrong about installation will affect the measurement accuracy. Main installation are shown as follows:
A. Horizontal pipe installation suitable for clean liquids
B.Vertical pipe installation is suitable for unclean liquids with impurities
2) After opening the cover of the electric box, the cover should be tightened close with the O seal ring, otherwise moisture will enter the electrical box, affect the normal operation of the circuit.
3) The housing must be effectively grounded, the ground terminal position is shown in the figure above:
4) Installation position as far as away from the inverter or high power motor. Take isolation measures when necessary, use the shielded power cable.
